VJMC 8th Annual Florida State Rally 

EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER

This event will include rides, a bike display and daily social activities. There is a $30.00 fee to support the Saturday or Sunday Social for this event. Otherwise each participant will be resonsible for their own expenses. Registration is for head count and to secure your reservation for resturaunt seating.

The Holiday Inn Crystal River will be the host hotel for this Rally. VJMC has blocked 20 rooms for this event. The address and phone are shown below. To get the group rate of $95 per night – Guest will need to contact the hotel to reserve rooms and secure payment with a credit card by the cutoff date 0f October 18, 2017.

Daily rides will begin and end at this location.

A bike display is scheduled for Sunday November 11th. This display will provide an opportunity for you to show off your bike and share the stories that make it special to you and other motorcycle enthusiasts. This is a display only – No judging or trophies.

The evening socials are still in the planning stage. We are in discussions with a couple of restaurants for a Friday night gathering of the early arrivals. For Saturday and Sunday evening, one idea we are kicking around is an “old fashion cook-out” onsite versus going to a restaurant. This will depend on available volunteers.

This is a VJMC event. As such, a ride waiver will need to be signed, helmets must be worn and motorcycles must have a current registration and insurance as dictated by Florida law.

More detail and ride route maps will be posted here as we get closer to the Rally. We are looking for a few people who would be willing to setup ride routes and lead that ride in the Crystal River and surrounding area. Rides should be about 125-150 miles, with a couple of stops. Stops should include the ability to buy gas and refreshments.
