Active in the corporate, finance and legal sectors since 1980, Joe has experience in the following areas: mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, tax, real estate, finance, intellectual property and litigation support.  He has worked with many small business owners to identify opportunities for growth and developing strategic plans that have added value to these companies overall. Joe has specific deal experience in the nutraceutical, gaming and middle market manufacturing.

Joe joined Marshall & Stevens in 1999 and retired in 2018.  Prior to joining Marshall & Stevens, he was a director of corporate transactions at KPMG.

Joe holds a B.A. from Providence College, a J.D. from Western State College of Law and an Advanced Executive Business Management certification from the University of Southern California.
