Mead Making

Mead, or Honey Wine, is referred to, historically and culturally, dating back to around 5000 BC, with words, phrases, poems, stories, songs, and of Health, Magic, Vigor, Happiness, Fertility, and more…and drank in vessels like horns and cups or bowls called Mazers and Methers.

Let’s explore Mead! During our time together, we will prepare, sample, and discuss Mead.  Techniques, equipment, varieties, characteristics, resources, and troubleshooting will all be covered.
