The objective of this program is to introduce American and German business executives to the fundamental cultural issues that arise when dealing with each other at both a professional and personal level. Learn what makes Germans so German and how Americans are perceived by their counterparts.
The workshop will further include a guide how to address each other appropriately, and on the dos and don’ts of interpersonal communication.
Participants will be given the opportunity to discuss in an open forum, any previous experiences in interacting with opposite cultural partner, providing an invaluable opportunity to learn not only from the experts, but also from one-another.
