Spirit of the Meridians

Postponed: New Date AUGUST 6-9th

Live stream or in person.

This class will explore the 12 primary meridians within the context of spiritual development. As we evolve, these channels become mapped with our ancestry and life conditioning.  This includes our experiences of survival, intimacy, and identity.  Rather than only understanding the 12 primary meridians as a way to treat disease, they can be understood as guides to reaching our highest potential.

In this 4-day course, Jeffrey Yuen will explore the “spirit” associated with each primary channel as defined by their sequence, trajectory, acupuncture point names, and acupuncture areas/points of meeting.  Their “spirit” refers to their purpose and significance which aid in developing acupuncture treatments.  We will discuss how to access the channels via intention, projection, and realization to provide insights in “spiritual” development and individual growth.  Participants will gain a better understanding of the role of the primary channels in self-cultivation and healing.
