Alice Dommert, RA, RYT
Alice began practicing yoga when an injury forced her to slow down. Yoga was not her first choice of activity, but after 20 years yoga has shared many valuable lessons. She became a Registered Yoga Instructor in 2009 and launched Prasada to bring mind-body practices to companies.

Ms. Dommert is a licensed Architect (RA), has a Master of Fine Arts in Museum Exhibition Planning and Design, is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Corporate Yoga Specialist (CYS) and holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology in addition to extensive Mindfulness teaching. 

Jack Curley
Jack is a Mindfulness speaker and teacher, a certified yoga intsructor and a former Civil Engineer who has worked across the country and around the world. He was involved with many public projects and processes and through this work he developed a passion for problem-solving and team building to help support engineering and science professionals who play important roles in that public dialogue.

In 2018 Jack completed the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute mindfulness teacher certification program, a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence training that was born and developed at Google in conjunction with thought leaders and experts on mindfulness, neuroscience and emotional intelligence.

Mindfulness has become a much more widespread solution for how to find more calm and as a stress management strategy. It is taught in classrooms across the world, in prisons, hospitals, boardrooms and is now considered a critical component of training for some of the most intense units of the military.

Join Alice Dommert and Jack Curley to learn more about mindfulness, how it can benefit your life and how to start a practice. You'll practice a body scan, mindful movement and breathing and a mindfulness meditation. 

We'll be holding the Workshop at the beautiful Soul Center in Roslyn, Pa. 

No experience of special equipment needed.
