We will discuss the dangers that can befall companies that inadequately protect trade secrets by reviewing cautionary tales of companies that lost big in trade secrets litigation. The speakers will then provide tips on how to approach trade secrets protection in three main contexts:

1. Preventing misappropriation

2. Navigating inbound and outbound cease & desist letters

3. Obtaining (or avoiding) TRO/injunctive relief

With a focus on providing practical tips for common scenarios, this program is an essential primer for any in-house attorneys helping their companies maintain their competitive edge.
