Join us in Hunstsville, Alabama February 5th-6th  at Redstone Federal Credit Union for a special 2-day school and open to ALL credit unions for a discounted rate of $745 (normally $1,245)!

About The School:

The School of Credit Card Program Management (SCCPM), founded by Ondine Irving of GoCUCards.org is the original source of credit card education for credit unions to learn how to effectively manage and operate the "perceived" complexities of credit card program management.

Attendees will return from the 2 day sessions feeling motivated and empowered to increase credit card program performance and profitability, while ensuring the program offered to members remains fair and ethical. We use YOUR individual credit union data!

Each attendee will also receive Ondine's newest 20t20 training manual, Cardiology- a 250 page training guide used for the class and as a future reference tool. In addition, each attendee will receive Ondine's patented excel tracking tool.

Each session is limited to just 30 attendees due to the volume of work involved during class.

Value of Ondine's Service:

In order to become profitable, credit unions must have a well-managed program. Since 2008, The School of Credit Card Program Management (SCCPM), has taught all levels of employees; from Board Members to CEOs to Card Program Managers and employees of all levels from lending, operations and finance. Ondine teaches how to manage and run a truly profitable and sucessful program:

  • Increase income and reduce expenses
  • Improve operational efficiencies
  • Implementing marketing tactics based on analytics
  • Understanding and measuring the true meaningful card metrics

SCCPM shows credits unions how a credit card program can be successful without gouging members with unnecessary fees and high interest rates. Our schools will show a credit union how to identify cost savings to pass along to the members while actually reducing many cardholder fees.

Each attendee will receive Ondine's newest 2020 training manual, "Cardiology"- a 250 page training guide for the class and for future reference.
