Make A Difference Day

Every October, millions of volunteers around the world unite for a common mission: to improve the lives of others. 

Join 350 FGCU students, faculty, staff, alumni, and Wells Fargo employees serving on this "National Day of Doing Good"

Participating service sites: 

Collier County Parks & Rec (Pepper Ranch Preserve) - Clear mountain bike trails throughout the preserve.

Cypress Cove Retirement Center - Activities with residents and help with beautification/organization project. 

FGCU Food Forest (on campus location) - Gardening activities. 
 
FGCU Tree Campus USA (on campus location and reserved for FGCU Athletics & Dirty Birds only) - Planting trees.

Gulf Coast Humane Society - Indoor and outdoor beautification. 

Habitat for Humanity - Assist at build sites.

Midwest Food Bank - Sort food for distribution in Southwest Florida.

Quality Life Center - Assist with outdoor/indoor beautification

Special Equestrians - Refurbish sensory trail stations, assist with outdoor beautification.

Valerie's House - Assist with gardent and outdoor beautification.

Vester Marine Field Station - Collect trash and debris while canoeing Fish Trap Bay

 

 

**For small groups or family registrations, we ask that you register yourself (as MADD Primary); you may register up to four (4) additional participants to serve with you.**

Please arrive at Alico Arena at 8am for check-in. At this time, you will receive a FREE T-SHIRT and breakfast. 

Buses will be leaving promptly at 9am, so please be sure to be on time!
