Soft Skills Training
The 2019 Soft Skills Training Program is hosted by Imperial Regional Alliance, Inc. in partnership with Imperial County Workforce Development Board and the Imperial Valley Small Business Development Center.
This FREE program provides three (3) training courses:
1. Intro to Soft Skills
2. Customer Service
3. Business Etiquette & Cultural Communications
Participants are welcome to sign up for any of these courses, however, the courses are designed to be completed in order and we highly recommend signing up for each course to complete the program and get the most benefit from the experience.
