Fall Workshops 2019: Backbends 

The second workshop is on Sunday, November 17th will prepare us for the winter season ahead with backbends: agni (fire) in asana and lifestyle. We will have one full vinyasa practice with accompanying breakdowon workshop in the morning, and the afternoon will comprise of lecture, hatha practice, corresponding breakdown workshop and closing chants. An optional sunset wine mixer to follow.

Full Day Workshop start at $125.

• 9:30am-11am Vinyasa Practice
• 11am-12pm Practice Breakdown
• 12pm-1:30pm Lunch
• 1:30pm-3:30pm Practice Breakdown Continued & Lecture
• 3:30pm-3:45pm Break
• 3:45pm-4:45pm Hatha Practice
• 4:45pm-5:30pm Practice Breakdown & Chanting
• 5:30pm- Sunset Wine Mixer at Luna Residence
