Building a Business Model Canvas

& Customer Discovery Workshop

 September 25th - Geonetrics Building

Establishing a new business requires an entrepreneur to learn about a lot of topics, like marketing, finance, personnel management, customer management, and more.  How do you put all of this information together to develop a Strategic Plan for your new business.  One way is to use the Business Model Canvas.  How do you use it?......We'll show you!

Workshop summary:

Our Workshop will show you how to use a Business Model Canvas that organizes all of the business components into a graphic  format.  All of this information can then be your guide to completing a detailed Business Plan to start a new business, or grow your current business.

What we'll cover:

  • What is a Business Model Canvas?
  • Develop the components for the BMC.
  • Organize into a Graphic Chart.
  • How do you use Customer Discovery

Not to be missed if you want  to be successful.  You get this right.....You Win.

Each workshop is taught by an expert on the subject.  This workshop is a joint collaboration between: 1 Million Cups of Cedar Rapids, SCORE East Central Iowa, America's SBDC of Iowa, and Empower by Go Daddy.
