FLSA Final New Overtime Rule 

The Department of Labor (DOL) has announced the final rule regarding overtime pay & earnings minimums under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).  You are invited to learn about the FLSA changes as we walk you through a comprehensive session outlining how to prepare for the changes and mitigate the risk to your organization.

Changes for the Fair Labor Standards Act go into effect January 1, 2020 and organizations need to get in compliance and prepare budgets NOW!  Pay rates will more than double for some employees, budgets will rise as these costs rise, and you need to make sure you're categorizing independent contractors correctly.  This is a BIG change - get ready now!
During this session, we'll look at the current regulations and how you can make sure you're in compliance now. Then we'll discuss the changes and how it will affect your budget in 2020 and beyond.
