It's time for Vacation Bible School 2020 at First Presbyterian Church! Children will be immersed in our Knights of North Castle VBS, with dancing, singing, crafting, recreation, and snacking through the week - all while learning important and exciting Bible stories and how they relate to our lives in the world today!  

During KNIGHTS OF NORTH CASTLE, children will be reminded to:

Armor Up with Truth! Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego Stand True (Daniel 3)

Armor Up with Justice! David Defeats Goliath (1 Samuel 17:1-50)

Armor Up with Peace! Mary’s Journey to Bethlehem (Luke 2:1-20)

Armor Up with Faith! Jesus Walks on Water (Matthew 14:22-33)

Armor Up with Salvation! Midnight Praise with Paul and Silas (Acts 16:16-40)

As always, we can't do this without volunteers from every family. If you're available to volunteer, please register on the volunteer site. We need everything from group leaders and craft helpers to music leaders. Childcare is provided for all weekday, on-site volunteers, so don't let that stop you! Two year olds even get their own mini-VBS!

Additional Information about VBS:

• VBS is for children who will be age 3 by 6/1/2020 (and potty trained) through rising Fifth Grade (5th grade for 2020-2021 year).
  

• The kids especially love youth volunteers. If you have a child in middle school or high school who would like to volunteer, please sign them up!
  

• Last, but not least, a reminder about fees & payments: We have a flat fee of $40 per child. After May 16, it goes up by $10 per child. Every child will recieve a VBS music CD, t-shirt, daily snack and crafts. Scholarships are available---contact Sarah Kate.

• Aftercare is available each afternoon from 12-4pm for an additional fee ($25/per child per day).
