2020 Vision:  People, Purpose & Passion

This is your opportunity to be part of the annual South Dakota State SHRM conference where over 200 human resources professionals from across the state gather to learn, grow, and network.  As a vendor/sponsor you’ll get the opportunity to market your organization to, network with, and support these human resources professionals.  The conference this year will be held at the Watertown Event Center in Watertown, SD.

Each level of sponsorship offers different perks and marketing opportunities.  Below are the details:

Platinum Vendor/Sponsor - $3,000

• 2 - 6 ft Vendor table (twice the space!)
• Name and logo listed on State Conference website and all publications
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Meal event sponsored by the company with signage and five minutes of speaking time to introduce your company (sponsored event will be assigned)
• 2 free conference registrations
• Name recognition at announcements
• Name on signage on main stage
• Marketing piece added to registration packet

Gold Vendor/Sponsor - $2,000

• 2 - 6 ft Vendor table (twice the space!)
• Name and logo listed on State Conference website
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Event sponsored by company with signage (sponsored event will be assigned)
• 1 free conference registrations
• Name recognition at announcements
• Name on signage on main stage

Silver Vendor/Sponsor - $1,000

• 6 ft Vendor table
• Name listed on State Conference website
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Invitation to networking opportunities for 2 representatives
• Event sponsored by company with signage (sponsored event will be assigned)
• Name recognition at announcements
• Marketing piece added to registration packet

Bronze Vendor/Sponsor - $500

• 6 ft Vendor table
• Name listed on State Conference website
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Invitation to networking opportunities for 2 representatives (additional cost)
• Snack break sponsored by company with signage (sponsored event will be assigned)
• Marketing piece added to registration packet

Vendor - $350

• 6 ft Vendor table
• Name listed on state conference website
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Invitation to networking opportunities (additional cost)

NOTE:  You will be assigned an event to sponsor.  If you have a preference on which event, please contact Paige Sullivan (psullivan@watertownbox.com).  South Dakota SHRM retains the right to control content and layout of Vendor/Sponsor areas and advertising materials.  

MARKETING PIECES:  Please have marketing materials mailed to Paige Sullivan by June 15, 2020.  Paige Sullivan, Watertown Box, 1900 4th Ave SW, Watertown, SD  57201.  

DOOR PRIZES:  Please provide a door prize to be given away at your booth as one of many drawings offered throughout the conference.  

CANCELLATION NOTICE:  Cancellations received by June 30, 2020, will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds after June 30, 2020.

SET UP:  Vendors may set up Wednesday night from 3pm - 5 pm or Thursday morning starting at 7 am.  Electricity will be available, but you will be responsible for bringing your own equipment including extension cords, backdrops, etc.  Contact the Watertown Event Center for arrangements of any additional items (Additional charges may apply) at 605.886.6127.
