Marinated chicken strips in a curry lemongrass and coconut milk served with peanut sauce
2nd Course: Shrimp Patty
Shrimp fine chopped and blended with special spices wrapped in bean curd skin
3rd Course: Ham & Cheese Egg Roll
Deep fried egg rolls with honey baked ham and mozzarella cheese
4th Course: Vietnamese Spring Roll
Shrimp, rice noodles, romaine lettuce, and spinach wrapped in rice paper and served with hoisin sauce
5th Course: Warm Beef Salad
BBQ beef served on top of spring mixed greens and a side of chili lime dressing

6th Course: Honey Walnut Lobster
Chunks of fried lobster tail meat wiht a honey mayonnaise coating, walnuts, topped with green onions
7th Course: Shaken Filet of Beef
Wok stir-fried filet of tenderloin steak, brown onions, green onions, and Chinese XO sauce served on a sizzling plate of mixed vegetables
8th Course: Chinese BBQ Pork (House roasted BBQ pork) Fried Rice
9th Course: Beef and Chicken Crispy Noodles
Fried egg noodles with beef and chicken, broccoli, baby corns, mushrooms, onions, and carrots in oyster soy sauce
10th Course: Eggplant Tofu
Deep fried tofu, carrots, onions, and Chinese eggplant in a garlic hoisin sauce
11th Course: Pepper Shrimp
Sautéed jumbo shrimp, water chestnuts, celery, scallion in an oyster soy sauce
12th Course: Orange Chicken
Fried battered chicken with an orange flavored sauce
13th Course: House Combination Pad See Ew
Flat rice noodles stir fried with brown sugar, green onions, carrots, bok-choy, bean sprouts, egg with shrimp, beef, chicken, and BBQ pork
14th Course: Vietnamese Grilled Pork Sandwich
Crusty french roll stuffed with grilled pork, special mayonnaise spread, pickled julienne carrots, cilantro, and jalapenős
