After you have completed the payment we will be back in touch with you closer to the event regarding FINAL PAYMENT, Product Pre-ordering, your anticipated arrival time, and room sharing arrangements if you are part of a group.

The total cost is $290 for the weekend.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your place.

A further $50 will be required by February 28th.

A payment plan can also be arranged (contact me to arrange dates and amounts).

Full balance by June 15th 2020

There are no guarantees that places will still be available in June/July. It is strongly encouraged to formally reserve a place, or contact me directly if this is difficult for you for some reason.

 

Room options - extra levy for single room ($22 per night=$44 extra)

Rooms generally have 2-3 beds and are all en-suited. Every room will need to have each bed filled on the bottom (no empty bottom beds/bunks or there is now an additional room levy for any empty bottom beds. I will try and avoid this but this may mean that a few will have to share a room with someone you dont know as well. Booking a little group (2-3) will ensure this does not affect you.

NOTE:

• Lyrebird Park is in Yellingbo which is located a 1:20 Hr from Melbourne (1 hr 10 from Bentleigh East and 51 minutes from Narre Warren South). The last 5km is firm but dirt road.
• ALL BEDROOMS HAVE ENSUITES. 
• No kitchen duties are required (just scrape your plates and place on trays)
• AMAZING FOOD MENU - No - you do not have to eat it all!
• Carpeted bright Hall.

What you need to bring: Your own bed linen & doona (or sleeping bag), pillow and towels. Toiletries. Comfortable clothes. Maybe a cushion for sitting on. Cropping supplies and photos! Bottle of wine to have with dinner?

Indulge yourself with a weekend of cropping. LYREBIRD PARK is the ideal venue for our weekend away. The bushland setting provides the perfect atmosphere for clear creative thinking and physical wellbeing. (Go for a bush walk if you can draw yourself away from your albums). Treat yourself and get your albums done!!

The Cabin sleeping accommodation is close to the cropping hall, (some rooms very close and others along a short path.) Each room has individual split systems. 

CHEN LU, our host, will ensure our meals are hearty homestyle cooking. You will be asked to  let me know of any special dietary requirements later.
