Who should attend?

Any Young Adult Peer Mentor (YAPM) who has completed the Core Elements of Young Adult Peer Mentoring Training and their supervisor.

Participants will learn the key components and benefits of strong working alliances between supervisors and YAPMs; develop more reflective supervision skills; and leave with a plan to strengthen working alliances with young adult peer mentors, supervisors, colleagues, and client/families.

This event is intended for YAPMs AND their supervisors.  This event is highly interactive with activities specifically designed to promote a deepened working alliance between a YAPM and their direct supervisor.  Therefore, it is NOT recommended that YAPMs or supervisors attend the training alone.

Additional information:

Refreshments will be provided and free CEU's will be applied for social work, LMHC, RNs, and psychologists.
