Come out and walk to the beat with our Certified Walk Instructor, Lisa Higgins, in our air-conditioned classroom. Join us for an upbeat, invigorating, low impact, aerobic style group walk class. It's semi-choreographed, yet easy to follow. You'll be sure to walk away with effective results. Not to mention we have a lot of fun! :) This is not your "normal walk." All you need is a comfortable pair of walking shoes. She takes the simplest form of exercise and makes it better---seriously better! It's health enhancing, calorie torching, posture perfecting, kind of better, for your body and mind. If you've heard of Leslie Sansone, then you know she created an effective easy program.
