Kelly Schactler is a project management navigation expert and the owner of  Project Management Rebooted™, a socially conscious business focused on helping individuals, nonprofits and small businesses deliver projects with less stress, greater ease and better outcomes to maximize their impact on the communities they serve. With deep experience in business and IT project and program management consulting, Kelly brings a no-nonsense approach focused on the use of simple concepts and customized tools to help realize increased value in project and program delivery within organizations.  She is also passionate about sharing her love for the art and craft of project management, coaching and mentoring others in professional excellence along the way.  No stranger to nonprofits, Kelly has served as executive director for a small nonprofit, as well as board member and volunteer for several organizations, while also partnering with local Seattle nonprofits as a project management education consultant.

Monica Zumach, Director of Training and TA, Wise

Monica has over 25 years of experience providing and implementing employment opportunities in the community. She is an experienced consultant on Supported Employment principles, primarily to employment agencies, educators, government, and businesses, both nationally and internationally. Her areas of expertise are Marketing & Job Development, Job Coaching, Event Organization and Project Management for non-profit professionals . In addition, Monica was an instructor at Highline Community College for the Employment Certification Program – “Essential Functions of Marketing and Job Development” from 2007 to 2016. She has also served as the A.D.A. & Technical Asst. Manager for Washington State, consulting on the Americans with Disabilities Act and Washington State Anti-Discrimination Law. Previously, Monica served as a Job Coach, Job Developer, and Career Counselor for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Washington State. She brings a wide array of consulting abilities to any organization regarding Supported Employment, A.D.A., Event Planning or Project Management. Monica and her family live in Pierce County, WA where she is a mother of four, wife, runner, golfer and enjoys travel and the outdoors.
