About the Course:

Thriving Through Change is critical in today's environment.  Change is happening quickly, it is tough to keep up.  Change in all aspects of our life is here to stay.

Each person responds differently to change.  Following an overview of change, workshop attendees will learn the 4 Phases of Change that everyone goes through including identifying the behaviors that accompany each change phase.  With this knowledge you will be prepared to deal with change, best support your team members through change, help your agency successfully meet future challenges and ultimately be available to best help your clients throug the changes in their lives.

During this presentation, Stricoff combines her nonprofit social work and human resources expertise to create this learning opportunity providing you with evidence based material and experiemental learning to apply to work.  As the President of Impacting Your People, LLC, Human Resouces and Staff Development Consulting, it is Robin's passion to help organizations impact service quality through staff development and implementation of human resources best practices.

About the Presenter:

Robin Stricoff earned her MSW from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA; is a certified Family Therapist through Hahnemann University; holds Senior Professional Human Resource Certification (SPHR) through Villanova University; earned national certification throug the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and is a Certified Coach through the American Society of Training and Development.

Stricoff has led programs and departments in behavioral health organizations, led the human resource function for the national headquarters of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and provides human resource consulting services to non profits.
