Please take the following details into consideration before submitting your application for NELA vendor membership:
1) We offer 6 levels of vendor membership:

2) Please select either a quarterly or annual billing plan. You will be prompted to make your first payment by PayPal account, credit card, or check when you submit your application.
3) Some of our vendor members choose to renew their membership automatically by filling out a Recurring Payment Authorization Form (RPAF). The RPAF can be submitted via fax or mail. Alternatively, you may choose to call the NELA office and fill out a form via phone.
