ASCE Southeast Student Conference Member Registration 

The American Society of Civil Engineers at the University of Central Florida is excited to host the 2020 ASCE Southeast Student Conference,March 12-14, 2020.

To register your Individual Members for the event click the link below.

Note this is only to register members. Please have the following information handy for each student you are registering. Name (first, last), Emergency Contact (Full Name, relationship, phone number), ASCE Member Number, Shirt Size, Lunch preference and if he/she is a vegetarian. 

Read below the directions before clicking Register Now:

Whom ever is the main contact for your group please fill out the top section. Under Member Information, click "Add Another" and fill out the information for (1) person you are registering. Continue the process untill all your members are registered.

In "Items for Sale", please type in the number of students you registered. This number will be cross checked for accuracy. 

Check is the preferred way of payment. Checks must be made payable to ASCE-UCF (include Southeast Student Conference in the Memo line) and mailed to:

Please select the online payment fee if paying with card. Type in the number of student you have registed. This number will be cross checked for accuracy. If it is not selected it will be assessed in a future invoice. 

Important Dates

Member Registration is open now until January 24, 2020

Late Member Registration is January 25, 2020- February 14,2020.

Any Universities that have not completed the University Registration and paid by January 17, 2020 (check recieved by January 16th, 2020) will not be allowed to participate in the 2020 ASCE Southeast Student Conference.
