2020 AEC Spectrum 

3.31.2020Spectrum is the annual AEC event designed by PHCC execs for PHCC execs. These few days with your peers is orchestrated to refresh your passion for the chapter(s) you serve, introduce new ideas/products and learn from each other.  

As you know, one of the biggest challenges in planning a conference/trade show/dinner is anticipating attendees.  For the first time, AEC is offering a $25 discount to all who register in advance before 3.31.2020.  If you prefer, you can pay $275 before yearend and gain a $25 credit toward an optional Spectrum event of your choice.  Those who register in advance through this email will be sent  formal registration packet with a link to our room block ($139/night ++), meeting schedule and reservation forms for optional activities before, during and after the conference.

Norfolk is an eclectic southern city with plenty of activities to keep you busy.  You can visit Williamsburg or Jamestown, Virginia Beach, take a pedi-cab brewery tour, take in a baseball game, take a harbour cruise or visit one of our dozen local museums.  Our agenda includes a half dozen guest speakers on topics that will impact you and your chapter, plus a lot of fun events.  We also have a tradeshow featuring vendors that offer tangible benefits and offer royalties.

You will be able to register up until the last minute, but we would love to know now!  If you must cancel, you will be refunded all but $25 of your registration fee.
