Managing and Resolving Conflict

Conflict in the workplace is fairly common. It is critical that managers learn how to recognize and properly manage this conflict which when left unresolved, has a negative impact on the workplace environment and employee productivity.  Disputes are often a cause of employee disengagement and turnover. 

Effectively managing conflict improves office communication and employee morale.  This workshop will equip participants with a process that allows them to better manage and resolve conflict in the workplace.  Participants will also learn how to deal with the underlining issues of disruption and help employees interact in a more positive, productive manner.
