Holistic Coaching for a Whole

Family Approach 

MCAP is pleased to offer a training seminar on holistic coaching.  Holistic coaching seeks to build a long term relationship between the service provider and the family.  It seeks to discover and help a family articulate their aspirations, strengths and needs in order to better define goals and bundle services.  Taught by staff from Garrett County Community Action who have been working holistically for several years, the session will provide insights into why the coaching model is preferred with the Whole Family Approach, gain an understanding of motivational interviewing, and­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ learn how to support frontline coaches who work directly with families.
