2019 Tender Loving Caregivers Conference 

The sixth annual Tender Loving Caregivers (TLC) Conference will be hosted by United Way of Southwest Virginia on December 5, 2019 in Abingdon. 

Make connections with hundreds of early childhood professionals from all across Southwest Virginia. We will spend the day gaining insights on early learning, re-igniting our passion for early childhood development, and discovering the power of one positive relationship in a child's life with motivational keynote speaker, Derek Clark.
