The Community Foundation is a leading a new initiative on preventing financial scams. Our first step is to listen and learn from our community. We hosted a dinner and conversation on October 15. More than 70 people attended our last event and discussed many topics, including elder financial abuse, robo calls, and impostor scams.

The Community Foundation is holding a follow-up event to hear from more community members. Please join us for breakfast and conversation on November 19 at 8:00 AM at the Nevada Discovery Museum. 

 When our community comes together, good things happen. We want to hear from you.  If you or someone you know has experienced a financial scam, or you represent an organization addressing these issues, please spread the word and join us.
