The Construction Act: Prompt payment and Adjudication became law in October 2019
Speaker: Catherine Willson
Catherine Willson was founding partner of Willson Lewis LLP before joining Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP (GSNH) in 2014. She has established a successful practice in construction law, employment law, civil litigation, equine, collections, and family law. She is a Board member of the Toronto Construction Association, Chair of the Environmental Committee, and a participant in the Build a Better Construction Business forum. She is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates Society, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Catherine is both the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and an Honourary Governor of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Catherine was the legal expert for the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (Member Services) and is a regular speaker at legal and business conferences, an instructor at the University of Guelph, and writes on legal issues for several national publications. Catherine also appeared on Canada AM as a civil litigation expert.

Refunds will be issued up to two weeks prior to the event and a $25 administrative fee will apply. After that time, no refunds will be permitted.
“No Shows” will not receive a refund. Substitutions are permitted.
