Join Amereller and McGinnis Lochridge for a complimentary lunch & learn seminar as we discuss the recent developments in Foreign Direct Investment in the UAE.

The UAE recently passed legislation to permit 100 percent ownership of commercial entities ‘onshore’. Previously, 100 percent ownership was limited to free zones within the UAE.  We review the implications of this liberalization for entities interested in establishing a legal entity in the UAE, and provide a brief overview of foreign direct investment legislation in the broader GCC.
