Speaker: Sergent Kevin Paugh Sergeant Kevin Paugh joined the Menlo Park Police Department as an officer in 1998. In July 2000, he was selected to be a member of the MPPD K-9 Unit, a unit he served in for 12 years working two separated K-9s.
