Mr. Cooper will discuss the USDA program and more specifically:

1. Single Close Construction Perm and Rehabilitation Loan Program.  
2. SFH Guaranteed Program Integration; "RD GRH will be integrating into a Single National Program“.  
3. Elimination of the Interest Rate Cap.  
4. Florida and National production update.

Daryl Cooper, joined USDA, Rural Development, serving as the Single Family Housing Program Director for the State of Florida and U. S. Virgin Islands on January 31, 2004 through the present.    While serving this in this job capacity more than 3,000 families are able to secure homeownership and collaborating with the banking community to expend more than $500 million dollars annually.  Daryl has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from South Carolina State University and a native of the State of South Carolina too.
