Peer Support and Peer Counseling Development

The Professional Development Institute is honored to present "Peer Support and Peer Counseling Development."

This course is FREE to attend!!

Designed For: Law Enforcement Officers, Trainers, Supervisors, and Dispatchers

Prerequisites: Students must be law enforcement officers, police chaplains, or dispatchers.

Description: Officer Survival means so much more than staying alive in a fight. It means surviving physically, emotionally, legally, financially, politically, and with your family. Very few training facilities discuss all these aspects. RCTA has assembled a 32 hour course designed to teach officers not just how to survive, but how to live. Upon graduation, peer support members will provide peer counseling to officers enduring the stress of law enforcement, from family issues to shootings. Specific drug enforcement issues will be discussed.
