This was my first visionSPARK but hopefully it will not be my last. I haven't typically engaged in this kind of reflection and intention-setting, but am so glad that I did. It helped me clear my mind and focus on how I want to live (intentionally instead of reactively). It was so great being in a room full of women who clearly had the same desire. Rosie's leadership was the right blend of encouraging, challenging, self-disclosing and accepting to help me know that I could actually do something like this!

Vision Spark 2019 was an opportunity to connect with myself and other women as they supercharge their year.
