Join us for an evening of award winning wines from DAOU!

 

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her NEW La Jolla location, Keg N Bottle La Jolla. We have a wonderful evening of acclaimed wines from DAOU planned. We'll be featuring some fantastic, wines, including three new wines from DAOU! Daniel Brunner will be joining us from the winery for the evening to chat about these wonderful wines and the history behind them. Chef Erin will be crafting an exciting menu, each course created specifically for each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Daniel & Erin. Each selection will be paired with its own spirit inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each selection is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each selection. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food, wine and spirits, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food & educational insights!

*Please note that the majority of seating for this event is upstairs in the wine cellar/loft are. The only way to access this area is via stairs. Please be sure to note in the special requests section at registration if you require seating in the downstairs area of the venue.
