Spend an afternoon in the kitchen at Dave’s Fresh Pasta in Davis Sq. In this class Chef Jason will be teaching kids how to make a rustic hand-made pasta from Genoa called “Trofie” almost as fun to make as it is to eat!
We will be serving it up with a simple nut-free basil pesto!
Take a special behind-the-scenes tour of the shop and pasta-making room offering an inside look at a professional working kitchen.
Most importantly, Chef Jason will emphasize the importance of using locally sourced food, offering samples of some of the best local cheese and produce available.
Registration is now open for students in grades 5 and up and the cost of the program is $65
