Come cook with Chef Liza Connolly and learn how to easily nourish yourself and your family by cooking a plant based meal. Liza is a certified health coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Integrative Health Practitioner, Level 1), Co-founder of Kids Cooking Green and a professional Chef. Liza's passion for cooking, sustainability & wellness have been lifelong pursuits.
We will prepare and then sit down to the table to enjoy the following dishes:
