She believes there are a lot of things in life over which we have no control, but there are many which we can control and can have the greatest impact on health, happiness and the environment. Sonia believes the food we put in our bodies is one of the most important of these because it affects our health and our carbon footprint. Sonia is a founder of the Lexington Farmers’ Market and owns From Seed to Supper a personal Chef business.
