2019 Chili Throw Down at High Noon!

Team registration: $75
Three categories: Chili, Bloody Mary & Beans
8am Set Up: All teams are given a 10x10 space to compete in. Outdoor canopies are encouraged. Vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the Chili Cook Off area by 10am prior to cooking. We provide serving containers and utensils for sampling.
10am Cooking: All teams must complete set up and be cooking on sight by 10am (you can start earlier after set up). All ingredients must be cooked and assembled on sight, with the exception of precooked meats and dried beans. Fresh and local ingredients are encouraged. Gas, wood, and charcoal cooking are all acceptable. We cannot provide electricity.
12-2pm Judging: Tickets are required for public tasting/judging in each catagory. Tickets can be purchased for $5 at Home Sweet Farm during the day of the competition. Awards will be given at the close of judging, around 2pm.
