Raising capital through Venture Capital investment differs significantly from traditional equity investments and bank loans, and should be approached differently. Venture Capital has many facets, from Corporate sponsored VC funds to publicly listed funds focused on particular sectors or maturities. During this course, learn about VC types, funding lifecycles (seed – IPO), what VCs are looking for, how a VC operates and elements of deal structure.
