2019 Tax Update – Updates you need to know

            The 2019 tax update continues to inform on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) which was passed in 2017. As the IRS continues to clarify regulations for the this law, we have better guidance this year on the implementation of the TCJA

In this seminar we will answer these questions:

• It’s the most far-reaching and complex tax reform since 1986
• It impacts nearly every person and every business
• Many people will see a net positive to their bottom line
• Interpretation and revision of the rules will continue
• Most individual changes are temporary and will expire after 2025—business-related changes don’t expire

Paul Hernandez is the tax and accounting manager at Cuddy Financial Services responsible for overseeing tax and accounting engagements. His public accounting experience includes practice with Deloitte and Touche LLP (now Deloitte) and the Bonadio group in Rochester, NY. Paul’s experience in industry includes manufacturing in the Aerospace and Defense sector. Paul retired from the National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel and is a graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff College.
