Tips & Techniques:  Leading Successful Meetings

Cost - $449/person (Lunch and Refreshements Included)

Do you lead meetings where people simply show up, don’t engage, and when they walk away, they have taken little or no accountability for moving towards next steps? If you are looking to impact behaviours of those who attend your meetings and want them to take action, you will benefit from the techniques shared in this workshop. We will give you a framework to use for designing and delivering meetings that are purposeful and results-oriented. Knowing your role and those of others, including what to do before, during and after a meeting, will allow you to create an environment that fosters shared responsibility of all team members - to action measurable deliverables resulting from the meeting.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this interactive workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the purpose of meetings
  • Identify a framework for designing the meeting agenda
  • Create a roadmap for running a meeting
  • Describe the roles of all attendees
  • Explore strategies for planning meetings that will engage all attendees and keep everyone on track

Pre-Requisites: NONE

Who Should Attend?

This course is suited for all employees in the workplace.
