LAST MINUTE CE 

The GOA will be offering its last chance for continuing education on Friday, December 6, 2019.  CE will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 4:40 p.m.

There will be a total of 4 hours available and registrants can choose to take just 2, or all 4 hours being offered.  

The classes are Georgia State Board Approved for continuing education credit and lecturing that day will be Dr. Joe Rouw. 

Dr. Rouw has been practicing at the Pediatric Vision Development Center since 2013 providing vision therapy, sports vision training, and neuro-optometric vision rehabilitation services.  He is a fellow of the College of Optometrist in Vision Development and the American Academy of Optometry and a diplomate of the American Board of Optometry.

Courses for this day are as follows: 

Amblyopia A Review and Whats New in Amblyopia Treatment
(2hrs Non-COPE) Georgia State Board of Optometry Approved CE
Lecturer: Joe Rouw, O.D. 

A review of current studies for amblyopia treatment and new treatment modalities available to optometrists beyond patching. 

Binocular Vision Testing for Primary Care Optometrists
(2hrs Non-COPE) Georgia State Board of Optometry Approved CE 
Lecturer: Joe Rouw, O.D. 

This course will review common non-strabismic binocular vision conditions and discuss efficient exam testing for diagnosis and management for primary care optometrists.
