QuickBooks Online Practical Training 

This is not a video lesson; therefore you will receive hands-on practical training using QuickBooks Online. This is a Level One (1) training, which is essential coverage for employees, company owners and others to effectively use the software for all of their small - business accounting needs.  This is a small class setting and each student will have use of a computer.  (No need for laptops).  Textbook will also be provided.  Class will break for lunch; lunch is not included. 

Gain confidence by learning the basics of QuickBooks Online.  Understand how to make the most of QuickBooks Online as your business accounting partner.

You will learn how to:

• Create a company file
• Navigate QuickBooks Online
• Establish a chart of accounts
• Add the accounts you need to your chart of accounts
• Set up customers, vendors, and the products/services you sell in QuickBooks Online
• Create and send invoices and sales receipts
• Enter and pay bills
• Track expneses and income
• Connect to your bank through QuickBooks Online
• Run Reports - learn how to read and what to look for in reports
