**There is no guarantee that food functions will be available if you register on-site; seating and food service are on a first registered basis after JAN 29 until we have reached the maximum # we can accommodate.  Please do not mail registrations after JAN 29th.  

SATURDAY DAY PASS

Bring others for only $80 and experience everything on Sat. through 5 pm.  After just two (2) members register (and pay) at the full conference rate, your club's eligible.  This pass is NOT AVAILABLE after January 29.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be made for any registration cancelled in writing to:

Carolinas District Kiwanis Refund, 2008 Pinecrest Dr., Greenville, NC 27858


Refund requests must be mailed, and postmarked by January 15, 2020 with an administrative fee of $20 being witheld.

  Any cancellations after January 15, 2020, will result in no refunds of the registration fee; in the event of a last minute emergency, substitutions will be accommodated. 

You are responsible for cancelling or modifying your own hotel reservations.

DO NOT CALL THE KIWANIS DISTRICT OFFICE WITH CANCELLATIONS.
