TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Size = 2000 points

Time per Game  = 2 Hr 15 mins

Army Rules = WFB 6th Edition Armies only with the following rules. 

• 1st Edition Dwarfs Only
  
• No Storm of Chaos
  
• No special characters allowed. 
  
• Published army books only with following exceptions (see following points)
  
• Lists can be only use from sixth edition army books (also including white dwarf, annuals). 
• You must have the relevant publications to show your opponent if required.
• Forge world models are allowed as long as they are for sixth edition (exists in publications).
• Lists need to be sent in a week before the event and please bring a hard copy to show your opponent if needed.

PRICE & VENUE

Tickets are £12.50 each, However there is a £2.50 reduction per ticket for early bird booking.

Maximum player capacity of 24

LUNCH 

Lunch is not provided, but there are a number of shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance.

Free Tea & Coffee will be provided on the day.  Soft drinks, sweets and chocolate are purchasable in store (The store operates a no external food policy).

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY

Players are responsible for bringing models, movement trays, rulebooks, army books, relevant FAQS, dice, tape measure, objective markers.  It's also recommend to bring a large tray to move your army around between games.

We ask each player to first try to resolve any rules disputes in an amicable manner.  If this cannot be achieved, then by all means grab the tournament organiser, but any rulings made will be considered final (and remember we will all get it wrong from time to time).

Will be taken out the main rulebook. 

SCORING

This event will follow our normal format as follows:-

Scenario  Win 5 Tournament Pts, Scenario Draw 3 Pts, Scenario Defeat 1 Pt.

Attrition Bonus Score is worked out to the final value of what you killed of the opponents forces...

0 = 0 Tournament Points, 1-399 = 1 Tournament Point, 400-799 = 2 Tournament Points, 800-1199 = 3 Tournament Points, 1200-1599 = 4 Tournament Points, 1600+ = 5 Tournament Points

Giving each round a maximum of 10 TPs.

Prompt list submission will result in 1 TP beaing awarded when working out final scores - Lists to be sent to enquiries@blackdragonminiatures.com no later than one week before the event.

9.00-9.30 register and welcome

9.30- 11.45 1st game

11.45 -12.30  Lunch

12.30 -14.45 2nd game

14.45 -17.15  3rd game

17.30 Awards

PAINTED ARMIES

All models in your army must have a minimum of 3 colors and be fully based.

Conversions and proxies are allowed on the basis it is clear what the model is meant to represent and not cause any confusion for your opponent.


PRIZES

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.  We will also have a prize for the best painted army on the day (Judged by store staff).


SPORTSMANSHIP

Whilst this is a tournament, the objective is still for everyone to have fun. Players are therefore expected to behave in a civil and respectful manner to one another at all times and treat each other as they would like to be treated.
