These changes include a new statutory regime for prompt payment of invoices, and a new dispute resolution process called adjudication to deal with most types of project disputes.

Given the significance of these changes to the Construction Act, we invite you to a must-attend SWA seminar on February 25, 2020.

Speakers will highlight the key features of the changes and share practical advice about how to adjust to the realities of prompt payment and adjudication.  The presentation will help you navigate through the transition rules, and suggest how to update your contracts and processes. Our speakers will guide you through the changes and provide you with practice tips based on their experience with the changes!
