For so many of us we find ourselves giving ... to our spouses, children, friends and co-workers all the while putting our own needs on the back burner.
Boundaries are built out of a variety of beliefs, opinions, experiences and attitudes. Boundaries are useful in helping us respect our needs, creating safe guidelines for others to behave towards us and being able to articulate clearly when someone crosses these boundaries.
In this class we will learn to take back control! We will learn how to recognize boundary violations, different types of boundaries, and explore time proven ways of Setting Boundaries that will keep us in comfort and peace.
