Did you know that every successful business has a foundation or a "business chassis" that includes six essential steps? This workshop unpacks these steps and offers practical strategies to help you with four mastery areas, sales/marketing, budgeting/financials, leverage/systems, people/team and more.
Workshop Summary:
Learning these steps will put you on the road to building a more profitable business. Attendees will receive worksheets and a business analysis survey
A top-level overview, followed by class involvement in excercises and examples. Each workshop is taught by and expert on the subject. Open to the existing or aspiring small business public....No Charge! Not to be missed if you want to be successful.

Class Instructor: David Drewelow
David Drewelow is the owner and head coach of ActionCOACH Heartland, a franchise placement firm that recruits for franchise partners and business coaches in the upper Midwest. Currently, his firm has 11 offices in Iowa and Nebraska. David graduated from UNI and his background includes radio, advertising, media consulting and 20 years with the Muscular Dystrophy Jerry Lewis Telethon as a regional director overseeing12 offices, six clinics and 21 television stations.
