This workshop is designed to walk students through the process of developing financial projections for their proposed business plans. The workshop will use a business case study to show the development of a projected (proforma) Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
It is highly recommended that attendees be familiar with basic accounting principles or first attend our Accounting Fundamentals workshop before registering for this workshop.

Instructor: William Tice
William is a retired financial and operations executive with McDonald’s. As an advisor and mentor he has more than 35 years of business experience in various industries, including real estate finance, franchising, operations, and public accounting. He has expertise in leadership, operations management, business valuations, and business policies development and implementation. He is skilled in strategic planning and execution, consulting, and developing managerial talent. William has a BS in Business Administration / Accounting from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also licensed as a CPA (inactive) in the state of Tennessee.
